1 Large Beef brisket
Smoke Flavoring
Garlic Salt

Black Pepper

1) Cover both sides of brisket with smoke flavoring , garlic salt, and a generous amount of black pepper.
2) Cook fat side up at 250 degrees for 4-4.5hours
