Coconut Cake Frosting


1/4 cup white shortening
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp coconut flavoring
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp whole milk


1) In stand mixer, combine 1/4 cup white shortening, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 tsp coconut flavoring

2) Add 2 cups confectioners’ sugar slowly and 1 tbsp whole milk. Beat until fluffy.
