Ingredients:
3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can creamed corn
4 oz chopped chilies
6oz Cheddar Cheese, cubed
6oz Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1-2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
1) Mix all ingredients together and place in greased 9×11 inch pan.
2) Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 min
